2.1 These Terms apply to all users of the Platform. By accessing and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully. 2.2 The Platform is available for personal use only. Any commercial use, including reselling tours or transfers, is strictly prohibited.

3. Our Role

3.1 The Company acts solely as an intermediary between users and Suppliers. When you book a tour or service, you are entering into a direct contract with the Supplier. We facilitate transactions and process payments on behalf of the Suppliers but do not provide the services ourselves. 3.2 We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of the activities offered; however, we do not have direct control over the quality of services provided by the Suppliers.

4. Booking and Payment

4.1 All bookings must be made via our Platform. The price displayed at the time of booking (“Booking Price”) is the total amount payable. 4.2 Payment must be completed at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods. 4.3 If a “Reserve now, pay later” option is available, payment will be automatically processed before the scheduled activity.

5. Cancellations and Modifications

5.1 Cancellation policies vary by Supplier. Specific cancellation terms are displayed on the activity page at the time of booking. 5.2 Unless otherwise stated, cancellations made at least 24 hours before the tour date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour date may not be eligible for a refund. 5.3 Modifications to a booking (e.g., date changes, additional participants) are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

6. Responsibilities of Users

6.1 Users are responsible for providing accurate information during the booking process. 6.2 It is the user’s responsibility to arrive on time at the designated meeting point. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of the booking without a refund. 6.3 Users must comply with local laws and respect the guidelines set by the Suppliers.

7. Liability

7.1 The Company is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, losses, or damages that occur during the activity provided by a Supplier. 7.2 Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1 Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be governed by Italian law and resolved in the courts of Rome, Italy. 8.2 Users are encouraged to contact our support team for any concerns or complaints before initiating legal proceedings.

9. Amendments
